“Reading is My Secret Power.”
- We will celebrate Book Week in Week 5 – Monday, 19th – Friday, 23rd August. The theme this year is “Reading is My Secret power.” During LARC time we will be reading books shortlisted for book of the year awards and exploring the great theme in a variety of ways.
- Dress Up and Book Parade Day – Monday, 19th August – on this day children are asked to dress as a favourite book character or in keeping with our theme “Reading is My Secret Power.” – Our Book parade will take place in the hall at 8.50am and parents and caregivers are most welcome to come along.
