On Monday we had an assembly for the students in Grades 2-6 to acknowledge a number of achievements:
- We congratulated the debating squad and the team who competed on Monday in a very high-quality debate with OLOR The Entrance. Congratulations to Charlotte S, Taj R, Amelia F and Sahara O’K for their excellent preparation and delivery at the debate.
- We congratulated the swim team that I listed in last week’s newsletter.
- We acknowledged the top 6 from each Cross-Country Division from 8 Years and up that will be invited to the Central Coast Cross Country and gave out medals to the winner and runner up from each division.
- We acknowledged the following children who will be representing Broken Bay at the Polding Trials:

Rugby League – Luke B, Rory O and Daniel B
Soccer – Xavier D
Hockey – Lucy M
Netball – Lily D
